📋 Description

  • Partner with CHRO and executive leadership to develop and execute a global total rewards strategy aligned with business priorities
  • Provide primary support for the Compensation Committee, preparing materials on pay, equity and governance
  • Own and evolve global compensation philosophy, including job architecture, leveling frameworks, salary structures, annual compensation and long-term incentive planning and execution cycles
  • Oversee the strategy, design, and administration of global health, wellness, and retirement programs
  • Own the HRIS roadmap and automation, emphasizing Oracle and integrated systems, including transition to AI-enabled processes
  • Leverage advanced data analytics and predictive modeling to assess program effectiveness and drive executive decision-making
