  • 12+ years in channel/partner sales with 6+ years in leadership.
  • Hands-on selling experience; not just program mgmt.
  • Built or scaled a channel/partner function (startup experience preferred).
  • Consistent performance against revenue, pipeline, and closed-won goals.
  • Existing network of MSPs, SI, resellers, tech partners.
  • Builder/architect mindset; cross-functional collaboration.
