VP/ Sr. Director – Customer Security & Trust

📋 Description

• Lead security engagements with customers and prospects.
• Explain security architecture, threat models, controls, and risk.
• Lead security talks in pre-procurement, addressing concerns.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support deals and address objections.
• Bridge customers with security, engineering, and product teams.
• Maintain knowledge of security design, tooling, and incident response.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in information security with security architecture, cloud and app security.
• Proven experience leading technical security discussions with customers, auditors.
• Deep understanding of modern security architectures across cloud, SaaS, APIs.
• IAM, encryption, network/security, app security, logging/monitoring, and incident response.
• ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, CSA CCM, GDPR experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.
