  • Hands-on enablement as a performance function; connect onboarding design, plays, and training to outcomes.
  • Experience leading engineering/automation work: directing GTM engineers, CRM customization, and data pipelines.
  • Strong change management instincts; led tech and process rollouts where adoption was the hard problem.
  • Data-literate: define data requirements, work with data engineers, ensure data quality for analytics/AI.
  • Background in technology distribution, VAR, or multi-vendor GTM motion; understands tooling demands.
