- Know when to use scrappy AI tools versus out-of-box Salesforce. Sound judgment is critical at this stage.
- Forecasting, analytics, and executive reporting: build and own revenue forecast methodology; target 5-10% accuracy over multiple years.
- Own and automate the weekly GTM pulse artifact for leadership: real-time read on pipeline health, efficiency, and risk.
- GTM tech stack and data architecture: manage Salesforce as the system of record; cultivate Snowflake; drive Tableau adoption; leverage Gainsight for GTM intelligence.
