  • 8+ years in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or GTM; 2+ years leadership in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven success scaling revenue from sub-$20M to $50M+ in growth SaaS.
  • Hands-on MEDDIC or MEDDPICC qualification framework experience.
  • Knowledge of AI GTM tools (Clay, Apollo, Common Room) and ability to hire an AI GTM Engineer.
  • Advanced analytics: forecasting models, cohort analyses, scenario planning.
  • Salesforce admin, marketing automation, BI tools; Gong/Nooks a plus.
