- Develop and maintain relationships with financial advisors in an assigned territory to grow sales.
- Manage client relationships through face-to-face visits, calls, and email while prioritizing territory activities.
- Develop and implement business plans for the territory to guide day-to-day priorities and track progress toward goals.
- Work with internal wholesalers to grow existing territories.
- Explain product features, benefits, and advantages to financial advisors.
- Demonstrate effective use of client and territory management tools including Salesforce.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations.
- Drive performance targets to completion.
- Proficiency in financial services sales, wholesaling, retirement plans, and relationship management.
- Be flexible with ability to accept, create and manage change.
- Must obtain/maintain Life, Health and Variable Lines licenses; Series 7 and Series 63.
- 5-7+ years of financial services sales experience preferred.
