๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Develop and maintain relationships with financial advisors in an assigned territory to grow sales.
  • Manage client relationships through face-to-face visits, calls, and email while prioritizing territory activities.
  • Develop and implement business plans for the territory to guide day-to-day priorities and track progress toward goals.
  • Work with internal wholesalers to grow existing territories.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and advantages to financial advisors.
  • Demonstrate effective use of client and territory management tools including Salesforce.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations.
  • Drive performance targets to completion.
  • Proficiency in financial services sales, wholesaling, retirement plans, and relationship management.
  • Be flexible with ability to accept, create and manage change.
  • Must obtain/maintain Life, Health and Variable Lines licenses; Series 7 and Series 63.
  • 5-7+ years of financial services sales experience preferred.
