🎯 Requirements
- 14+ years in production, PM, or operations leadership within a global agency or professional services
- Proven track record delivering $20M+ portfolios
- Experience architecting global operating models and standards, not just running processes
- Experience leading large-scale change management initiatives
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Fluency in embedding AI workflows into operational and delivery processes
