• Lead production and project management for the pod across regions.

🎯 Requirements

• 14+ years in production, project management, or operations leadership in global agency or professional services.
• Proven track record delivering high-revenue portfolios ($20M+).
• Architected global operating models and standards.
• Led large-scale change management initiatives.
• Strong executive presence; influence senior stakeholders; partner with Finance/Account leadership.
• Experience embedding AI and agentic workflows into operations.
• Own enterprise delivery, project management, and financial systems integration.
• Advanced understanding of burn, margin protection, and utilization vs realization.
• Workforce planning across internal and external teams and partners.
