📋 Description

• Strategic Product Ownership: Define AI strategy and key use cases (RAG, knowledge graphs)
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor PMs focused on AI, aligning roadmap with outcomes
• End-to-End Product Lifecycle: Drive lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Field, and Research on graph + AI features
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Shape positioning, packaging, and launch motions for builders and enterprise buyers
• Customer & Community Engagement: Engage customers and developers to learn practices and remove friction

🎯 Requirements

• Proven Product Leadership: 8+ years in product management; 3+ years in senior roles; dev-focused or data infra preferred
• Deep AI Ecosystem Knowledge: Experience with LLMs, RAG, vector search, or AI agents
• Strong Technical Acumen: Graph data modeling, embeddings, ML pipelines; Python a plus
• Customer Focus: Uses qualitative and quantitative signals to drive decisions
• Exceptional Communication & Influence: Align stakeholders and convey complex concepts
• Platform Experience: Developer adoption of AI tooling in data platforms
• Modern Data Ecosystem Familiarity: AWS/GCP/Azure and data warehouses, ML platforms, orchestration
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in CS/Engineering or related field
