  • Build and scale growth engines across acquisition, onboarding, referrals, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Define end-to-end customer experience across support and trust, incl. fraud and compliance.
  • Define the long-term product vision and strategic roadmap for your domain.
  • Lead, grow, and mentor a team of high-performing product managers.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, ops, marketing, and leadership.
  • Own the results and drive core business metrics, accountable for outcomes.

  • 8-12+ years of product management, incl. 5+ years in senior leadership.
  • Experience building and leading product teams in high-growth environments (0->1 and scale).
  • Strategic thinker with long-term planning and hands-on execution.
  • Strong product judgment and systems thinking; bias toward action.
  • Experience leading cross-functional workstreams with technical complexity and ambiguity.
  • Domain experience in customer growth (acquisition/onboarding, martech, lifecycle marketing) or customer experience (support, fraud) and ability to ramp fast.
