- 8-12+ years of product management, incl. 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Experience building and leading product teams in high-growth environments (0->1 and scale).
- Strategic thinker with long-term planning and hands-on execution.
- Strong product judgment and systems thinking; bias toward action.
- Experience leading cross-functional workstreams with technical complexity and ambiguity.
- Domain experience in customer growth (acquisition/onboarding, martech, lifecycle marketing) or customer experience (support, fraud) and ability to ramp fast.
