📋 Description

• Own multi-year referral growth roadmap across partnership verticals.
• Establish unified measurement system for referrals across channels.
• Lead institutional partnerships with FQHCs, CHCs, pharma, and SDOH platforms.
• Oversee community engagement, enrollment drives, and partner ecosystem alignment in high-density markets.
• Build CRM-based pipeline, partner scorecard, and forecasting methods.
• Align partnership structures with clinical standards and member experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in strategic partnerships, BD, or growth leadership (50% healthcare).
• 5+ years of management experience scaling high-performing teams.
• Deep familiarity with SDOH: FQHCs, CHCs, food banks, UniteUs.
• Experience navigating institutional healthcare and non-traditional partners.
• Proven track record building partnership ecosystems with measurable outcomes.
• Operational capability: pipeline systems, performance reviews, volume metrics.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's/MBA/MPH strongly preferred.
