  • Lead a team to secure incremental revenue and retain clients.
  • Experience negotiating high-value contracts and managing P&L.
  • Excellence in pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Ability to influence others without direct reporting.
  • Talent development: recruit, manage, motivate and retain staff.
