• Founding leader for Virtru's SA in the Public Sector.
• Define strategy, standards, and talent model for the SA function.
• Lead key Public Sector engagements with executive audiences.
• Build SA methodologies, architecture libraries, and governance.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering on GTM and roadmap.
• Shape product direction from customer and market insights.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in Solutions Architecture or Sales Engineering.
• Player-coach: lead engagements while building scalable SA.
• Executive presence engaging with C-suite and senior gov officials.
• Strategic judgment to lead with ambiguity and make decisions.
• Deep domain expertise applying regulatory knowledge to design.
• Ability to design SA engagement methodologies and reference architectures.
