🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales enablement in high-growth B2B SaaS or tech
  • 5+ years building and leading enablement teams with revenue impact
  • Expert in enablement platforms: Highspot, Seismic, Avarra, Skilljar, Lessonly; Salesforce
  • Track record enabling complex enterprise sales (>$100K deals) and rollout of methodologies
  • Experience using AI and conversation intelligence to scale coaching
  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week
