VP of Revenue Operations

📋 Description

• Build and lead the RevOps function for a modern AI-native GTM motion.
• Partner with C-suite and VPs to align RevOps with revenue outcomes.
• Act as a player-coach: design the system, ship it, and mentor the team.
• Design comp plans and coordinate with Finance for clean payout.
• Create sales plays, enablement programs to ramp hires faster.
• Own forecasting accuracy and pipeline integrity end-to-end, with data hygiene.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in RevOps or GTM Eng with IC and people leadership.
• Led RevOps at growth-stage B2B with complex multi-stakeholder sales.
• Architect and operate a modern B2B GTM tech stack end-to-end.
• Deep CRM fluency: HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Experience with data infra and integrations: Segment, Snowflake, dbt, BigQuery.
• Deploy LLMs/agents in live GTM workflows.
• Light scripting in Python/JavaScript for automations.
