🎯 Requirements

• 10–15+ years in product management, incl. 3–5+ years leading PM teams
• Experience building and scaling B2B SaaS platforms
• Comfort operating in technically complex domains (adtech, AI, marketing tech)
• Track record shipping features that drove revenue or adoption
• Domain Expertise: Creative tooling, marketing science, or Generative AI
• Leadership & mindset: Build PMs, raise craft, develop leaders
