Plan capacity and coordinate between PM and field execution.
Provide timely, actionable operational reporting to executive leadership.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years of operations leadership experience.
HVAC, plumbing, or construction experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
Strong operational judgment.
Ability to enforce standards consistently.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Independent decision-making with escalation as needed.
