Partner with CEO to drive operational excellence
Own supply chain, inventory planning, logistics, and S&OP
Hands-on, execution-focused operator
Lead day-to-day ops across inventory planning, demand forecasting, and fulfillment
Manage relationships with 3PLs, freight partners, manufacturers, and international distributors
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, and Product

🎯 Requirements

8-12+ years in operations (CPG/DTC)
Director or Senior Director level, ready for VP scope
Highly hands-on with a track record of execution
Strong experience with supply chain, inventory planning, multi-channel distribution
Experience with S&OP processes
ERP experience: NetSuite, Oracle, SAP preferred
