📋 Description

• Embed with Product: advise on dev cycles, launches, and platform choices.
• Champion AI-powered tools to boost throughput and reduce spend.
• Build AI-enabled workflows for contracts, NDAs, vendors, and terms.
• Use AI research to monitor fintech/regulatory changes and guide leadership.
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements for the Product team.
• Manage outside counsel and improve cost efficiency with AI.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school; active bar.
• 8+ years in-house fintech/payments or equivalent.
• Hands-on with AI legal tools (Harvey, CoCounsel, Ironclad AI, Spellbook).
• Partner cross-functionally with product and engineering.
• Strong knowledge of consumer financial laws (FCRA, FDCPA, TCPA, Reg E/B, SCRA).
• Experience managing outside counsel and legal operations.
• Analytical, with comfort analyzing large datasets.
