🎯 Requirements

8–12 years PQE; top-tier firm and in-house at growth-stage tech company.
Able to act as sole/first in-house lawyer across multiple legal domains.
Commercial contracts with enterprise customers (retail/media/SaaS).
Cross-border US experience with AU/UK or LATAM.
Outside counsel management: budget, panel coordination, vendor selection.
Fluent with technology; comfortable in an AI-forward environment.
