- Lead Pattern's international strategy and operating model.
- Own profitability and financial performance internationally.
- Align regions with Managing Directors and functional leaders.
- Drive changes to improve profitability and scalability.
- Enable teams with a service-oriented leadership style.
- Hybrid schedule based in Lehi, Utah.
🎯 Requirements
- 8-15 years leading or operating within cross-functional orgs.
- Experience running a business, category, or P&L (~$20M+).
- Background as Category Leader, Brand Manager, GM, or similar.
- Build credibility and buy-in with senior stakeholders.
- Comfort leading without a large direct team (~2-3 people).
- Strong soft skills: communication, influence, conflict navigation.
