VP of Finance and Accounting

📋 Description

• Lead the finance function as top financial leader reporting to the CEO
• Build a high-precision, automated finance engine for the platform
• Manage a global team (~25) across US, Mexico, Philippines
• Ensure accurate financial reporting across entities and properties
• Deliver predictable month/quarter/year close and owner reporting
• Drive automation and AI-powered processes with strong controls

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years leading finance teams in hospitality, travel, or real estate
• USALI, management agreements, and lease accounting expertise
• Experience managing multi-entity, multi-contract operations
• Strong property-level P&Ls and owner reporting knowledge
• CPA preferred; Big 4 a plus
• Proficient in NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Looker; system integration
