🎯 Requirements

- Deep expertise in financial modeling, long-range planning, and capital allocation; familiarity with data science and quantitative methods.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; distill complex topics for executives, Board, and investors.
- Strategic, business-minded perspective balancing rigor with bold long-term thinking.
- Low-ego, high-EQ leadership that builds cross-functional trust and drives impact.
