VP of Finance

📋 Description

• Partner with the CFO to lead financial planning, analysis, and budgeting.
• Oversee forecasting, reporting, and strategic modeling across departments.
• Deliver actionable financial insights to support exec decisions.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team (FP&A, revenue ops, systems).
• Advise CEO, CFO, and exec team on financial initiatives.
• Align financial goals with Sales, Marketing, Product, and CS.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA a plus)
• 10+ years in finance with leadership in high-growth SaaS or transaction-based firms.
• Proven FP&A ownership and cross-functional business partnering.
• Strong SaaS metrics, revenue recognition, pipeline forecasting, and KPIs.
• Expert in financial modeling; Excel, Salesforce, NetSuite, Adaptive/Anaplan.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration across the organization.
