📋 Description

• Define and execute the reliability engineering roadmap to scale enterprise growth.
• Balance centralized platform capabilities with distributed ownership.
• Establish SLOs/SLIs/error budgets to balance velocity and reliability.
• Lead cost optimization, capacity planning, and disaster recovery.
• Build and scale a multi-disciplinary team (DevOps, SRE, DBRE, Tooling).
• Drive security and compliance with CISO across FedRAMP, SOC 2, CJIS, ISO.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in engineering; 7+ years leading infra/reliability teams at scale.
• 40+ engineers across SRE, DevOps, Tooling; multi-layer management.
• Experience evolving reliability operating models for scaling business.
• Deep expertise in regulated sectors (Legal Tech, Fintech, Gov, Healthcare).
• SRE mastery: SLOs, error budgets, toil reduction, incident management.
• Cloud-native fluency: AWS, Terraform (IaC), CI/CD, observability.
