📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payments engineering, cross-border flows, FX, liquidity, settlement
• Lead and scale teams across core payments, collections, and platforms
• Drive architecture clarity, reduce sprawl, enable faster delivery and reliability
• Lead integration of acquired tech into a unified payments platform
• Ensure high availability and operational excellence for real-time systems
• Partner with Product to shape roadmap and platform capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience building and operating large-scale payments systems (cross-border, FX, liquidity, settlement)
• Strong understanding of regulated, real-time financial systems, reconciliation, risk
• Proven senior engineering leadership with ownership of production systems
• Excellent architectural judgment across distributed services
• Ability to simplify complex ecosystems and modernize platforms without disruption
• Curiosity about blockchain, stablecoins, and on-chain settlement
