VP of Compliance - Product

📋 Description

• Own and drive product compliance end-to-end for features.
• Partner with Product from ideation through launch to ensure compliance.
• Champion AI-powered compliance and RegTech tools to scale.
• Monitor regulatory changes affecting BNPL and consumer features.
• Lead product-level reviews for disclosures, credit, and data use.
• Establish post-launch monitoring and remediation protocols.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Law, Business Admin, or related field; JD/advanced degree a plus.
• 8+ years in compliance leadership in fintech/banking.
• Hands-on AI/regTech tool experience for product compliance.
• Know TILA/Reg Z, FCRA, EFTA/Reg E, ECOA/Reg B, UDAAP, TCPA; BNPL regs a plus.
• Experience with regulatory exams/audits and compliance controls.
• Experience in agile product environments; translate regs to specs.
• Strong analytical skills; assess risk at feature/portfolio level.
• Excellent organizational skills; manage multiple reviews and stakeholders.
• Self-starter; drive initiatives and communicate clearly.
• Proficiency in Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools.
• Compliance certifications (CCEP, CRCM) preferred.
