🎯 Requirements
- Demonstrated success leading business development within DoD, USAF, MDA, or CJADC2-aligned digital modernization environments
- Strong relationships across software factory and defense digital transformation communities
- Deep understanding of software IT modernization, secure application delivery, and operational workflows
- Ability to influence strategy and open doors without direct ownership of proposals or capture execution
- Experience collaborating with technical and growth teams to position solutions within complex federal ecosystems
- Strong executive presence and communication skills when engaging senior stakeholders across government and industry
