🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise sales leadership in IT services with a track record of winning new logos.
- Deep understanding of mainframe, hybrid IT, and cloud transformation; SLED experience.
- The ability to travel and manage a central west geography; proven to lead scalable sales teams.
- Proven success in large deal pursuits: solution development, pricing, and contract negotiation.
- Strong business acumen with sales P&L, forecasting, and pipeline health; executive presence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; Advanced degree preferred.
