📋 Description

  • Develop and execute a new logo acquisition strategy targeting enterprise clients.
  • Build and lead a world-class enterprise sales team with high performance.
  • Drive end-to-end sales lifecycle for large, complex transformation deals.
  • Establish executive relationships with C-level leaders.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Finance for onboarding and delivery.
  • Own sales targets for new logo bookings, revenue, and gross margin with forecasting.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales leadership in IT services with a track record of winning new logos.
  • Deep understanding of mainframe, hybrid IT, and cloud transformation; SLED experience.
  • The ability to travel and manage a central west geography; proven to lead scalable sales teams.
  • Proven success in large deal pursuits: solution development, pricing, and contract negotiation.
  • Strong business acumen with sales P&L, forecasting, and pipeline health; executive presence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field; Advanced degree preferred.
