- Lead project teams; manage timelines, expectations, and deliverables.
- Oversee analytics/data tracking processes; document improvements.
- Train and coach new and existing team members; guide career growth and performance.
- Apply advanced analytics to solve marketing planning issues; collaborate with internal PMs.
- Develop and present actionable analytics; explain marketing measurement with confidence.
- Lead initiatives to improve processes and scalability.
- Model the company values; foster accountability and inclusion.
šÆ Requirements
- Bachelorās degree or higher in analytics, economics, statistics, mathematics, or marketing.
- 15+ years in marketing mix modeling, unified measurement, or digital analytics.
- Proven success delivering advanced analytics programs.
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Strong project management and scheduling skills.
- Experience leading other leaders and teams.
- Experience leading a customer portfolio and engaging senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading renewals and contracting.
- Experience upselling and expanding customer scope.
- Experience managing and leading P&L.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
