  • Be part of the CET, the analytic and consultative backbone.

  • Advise and partner with large, Fortune 500/100 clients.
  • Influence strategic planning for marketing, driving multi‑million‑dollar growth opportunities.
  • Engage with senior client stakeholders (CMOs, CFOs, CEOs).

  • Learn and grow through immersive onboarding and ongoing training.
  • Strategically manage a portfolio of accounts; deliver Marketing Mix Models, media effectiveness, attribution, pricing, and optimization.
  • Bridge gaps between research types and customer insights.
  • Drive revenue growth and expand analytics programs; collaborate with CET and Finance.
  • Support business development to drive new customer acquisition and lead generation.
  • Work with Product Team’s Commercial Success to drive platform adoption.
  • Coordinate with CET Directors/VPs across regions to ensure resources align with revenue goals.
  • Lead project teams; manage timelines, expectations, and deliverables.
  • Oversee analytics/data tracking processes; document improvements.
  • Train and coach new and existing team members; guide career growth and performance.
  • Apply advanced analytics to solve marketing planning issues; collaborate with internal PMs.
  • Develop and present actionable analytics; explain marketing measurement with confidence.
  • Lead initiatives to improve processes and scalability.
  • Model the company values; foster accountability and inclusion.

šŸŽÆ Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in analytics, economics, statistics, mathematics, or marketing.
  • 15+ years in marketing mix modeling, unified measurement, or digital analytics.
  • Proven success delivering advanced analytics programs.
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Strong project management and scheduling skills.
  • Experience leading other leaders and teams.
  • Experience leading a customer portfolio and engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Experience leading renewals and contracting.
  • Experience upselling and expanding customer scope.
  • Experience managing and leading P&L.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
