Lead with Clinical, Growth, and Network teams to hit targets.
Travel as needed; remote role based in Iowa.

🎯 Requirements

15+ years of experience
10+ healthcare industry experience with P&L
10+ years leadership experience
10+ years provider-facing experience
MBA or top-tier degree preferred (bonus)
Experience with growth-stage scaling (bonus)
