🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in senior commercial, partnerships or business development in loyalty.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, strategy or related field – or equivalent experience.
- Strong commercial and financial literacy, with ability to interpret P&Ls and business cases.
- Direct experience negotiating travel industry agreements within a loyalty context.
- Proven track record of structuring and closing complex, multi-year partnerships.
- Experience working in platform-based or transaction-driven business models.
- Ability to design propositions balancing customer value, partner economics and internal contribution.
- Exposure to high-growth, matrixed or international environments.
