📋 Description

  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of B2B loyalty partnerships.
  • Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations for multi-year partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in senior commercial, partnerships or business development in loyalty.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, strategy or related field – or equivalent experience.
  • Strong commercial and financial literacy, with ability to interpret P&Ls and business cases.
  • Direct experience negotiating travel industry agreements within a loyalty context.
  • Proven track record of structuring and closing complex, multi-year partnerships.
  • Experience working in platform-based or transaction-driven business models.
  • Ability to design propositions balancing customer value, partner economics and internal contribution.
  • Exposure to high-growth, matrixed or international environments.
