📋 Description

• Develop and execute a best-in-class IR strategy aligned to objectives
• Serve as spokesperson to investors, analysts, and the financial community
• Advise leadership on market perception, valuation drivers, and sentiment
• Craft an equity story balancing near-term execution with long-term value
• Develop investor content including presentations, earnings scripts, and letters
• Plan investor events including earnings calls, conferences, roadshows

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Investor Relations or related field; direct IR experience preferred
• Commercial stage Medical Technology experience required (devices/diagnostics)
• Proven ability to build and communicate a compelling investor narrative in science-driven industries
• Poise and executive presence in communicating with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in a public company with strong SEC/disclosure knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
