📋 Description

• Chair the Hiive Advisors Investment Committee; ultimate decision-maker.
• Define and implement investment strategy for any Hiive Fund.
• Assess, structure, and approve Hiive-managed fund formations.
• Conduct due diligence on sellers, companies, and funds.
• Ensure fund obligations are documented; governance agreements.
• Establish pricing and valuation policies; review holdings' value.
• Make distribution decisions and determine timing during liquidations.
• Direct investor communications for corporate actions and terms.
• Oversee new fund product design and multi-asset approvals.
• Participate in pitches of investment solutions to institutions.
• Mark-to-market warehoused investments for Hiive funds.
• Direct Hiive’s fund administrator actions; domain expert role.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to determine and monitor complex investment strategies for funds.
• Demonstrated knowledge in pricing and valuation strategies for fund holdings.
• Strong understanding of fund obligations, purchase agreements, and governance.
• Experience chairing a high-stakes Investment Committee.
