- Deep knowledge across digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Marketing measurement expertise: conversion lift, MTA, MMM.
- Market research experience with qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Experience working with internal/external creative teams and briefing processes.
- Understanding localization and how culture affects go-to-market.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
- Spanish, French, or German language ability is a plus.
