- Define and lead enterprise innovation strategy across brands and markets.
- Build and manage a prioritized product/market innovation pipeline.
- Ensure pipeline delivers revenue, margin, and growth goals.
- Create framework to evaluate opportunities: desirability, feasibility, viability.
- Collaborate with Brand, Commercial, Finance, and Operations to strengthen the portfolio.
- Deliver regular updates to the Executive Leadership Team on pipeline and launches.
๐ฏ Requirements
- 12+ years in innovation, product development, strategy, or related fields.
- Strong CPG innovation practices including stage-gate, validation, and business case.
- Strong commercial/financial acumen: revenue, margin, pricing, COGS.
- Experience partnering with R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance, Sales, and external partners.
- Cannabis experience is a plus, but not required; curiosity and adaptability essential.
- Ability to lead through influence in a complex, matrixed organization.
