- Proven track record building and running operating models (SOPs, KPIs, cadence).
- Strong fundamentals across vendors, inventory, and fulfillment; drive outcomes.
- Financial and unit-economics mindset; comfortable owning budgets and forecasts.
- Strong people leader with experience developing managers and accountability.
