- Proven growth track record across large regions: subscribers, engagement, revenue.
- Experience building regional growth strategies and investment plans.
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
- Led cross-functional initiatives across Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Analytics, Ops.
- Full-funnel growth expertise: acquisition, lifecycle, CRM, retention, partnerships.
- Experience negotiating partnership/distribution deals translating to growth.
- Strong financial, strategic, and analytical skills: budgeting & forecasting.
- Experience in global organizations across markets and time zones.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese preferred.
- Experience building high-performing teams.
- Passion for anime, entertainment, or fandom is a plus.
