🎯 Requirements

  • 15+ years as an executive in growth, GTM, or partnerships in streaming.
  • Deep LATAM media/digital ecosystem knowledge and partnerships growth.
  • Extensive Brazil market experience in media and digital ecosystem.
  • Proven growth track record across large regions: subscribers, engagement, revenue.
  • Experience building regional growth strategies and investment plans.
  • Ability to influence executive stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
  • Led cross-functional initiatives across Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Analytics, Ops.
  • Full-funnel growth expertise: acquisition, lifecycle, CRM, retention, partnerships.
  • Experience negotiating partnership/distribution deals translating to growth.
  • Strong financial, strategic, and analytical skills: budgeting & forecasting.
  • Experience in global organizations across markets and time zones.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese preferred.
  • Experience building high-performing teams.
  • Passion for anime, entertainment, or fandom is a plus.
