  • Deep understanding of UCANZ media and direct-to-consumer models
  • Experience developing regional growth strategies including prioritization and investment planning
  • Track record leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Marketing, Content, Analytics, and Ops
  • Significant experience managing budgets, forecasting, metrics, and optimizing investments
