📋 Description

  • Own broker/agency compensation program design, execution, and governance across ACA/ICHRA.
  • Lead broker enrollment ops and regulatory adherence with Legal/Compliance.
  • Scale-growth analytics with enterprise reporting on broker performance, enrollment, revenue.
  • Define broker support, onboarding, training, and servicing across channels.
  • Lead Salesforce CRM strategy and execution for sales productivity and reporting.
  • Own growth integrations roadmap: eligibility, enrollment, exchange interfaces.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 15+ years in growth, operations, revenue operations, or distribution leadership
  • 5+ years leading sales or sales operations teams
  • 5+ years managing information systems, Salesforce/CRM, integrations and system conversions
  • 5+ years establishing performance management systems, metrics development and tracking
  • Salesforce architecture and healthcare data integrations
