- Analytical/financial acumen; CAC, LTV, ROI.
- Experience leading organizational change or large-scale transformation.
- Experience in multinational orgs; growth in mature and emerging markets.
- Strategic thinker; align marketing with business objectives; anticipate shifts.
- Innovative and adaptable; experiment and iterate quickly.
- Empathy and emotional intelligence to build relationships and buy-in.
- Collaborative; open to feedback; value team success over individual recognition.
