Communicate risk appetite clearly to drive standards and accountability.
Collaborate to deliver measurable outcomes while minimising enterprise risks.
Monitor and embed the Risk Management Framework across entities.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Law, or related field.
15+ years in risk management, compliance, control, or audit in fintech.
Experience building or leading multi-jurisdiction risk frameworks.
Ability to define risk appetite, policies, metrics, and escalation.
Experience influencing at executive level with cross-functional teams.
Experience leading international teams in fast-paced environments.
