  • 5+ years leading Revenue Ops and/or Sales Enablement at scale
  • Experience partnering with Sales leadership and executives to drive productivity
  • Proven track record building and leading high-performing teams (10+)
  • Exceptional analytical, operational, and problem-solving skills with executive communication
  • Data-driven, systems-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
