Monitor compliance with GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, COPPA and evolving AI privacy laws.
Lead the Global Data & Privacy program with Legal, Product, and InfoSec partners.
Drive AI governance and safe, responsible AI adoption aligned with business goals.
Represent DV externally to regulators, industry groups, and partners on privacy matters.
Oversee DPIAs, data mapping, training, audits, and regulatory contacts.
Serve as Data Protection Officer and primary contact for data protection issues.

🎯 Requirements

J.D. from an accredited law school; active bar membership.
6–10 years in data privacy with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT or equivalent certifications preferred.
Deep knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, COPPA and AI privacy regs.
Experience in compliance, audits, risk; privacy program leadership.
Policy development and privacy training experience; cross-functional leadership.
