VP, Global Assistant Controller

📋 Description

• Lead global accounting, financial operations, and treasury for multi-entity, multi-currency org.
• Ensure integrity and timeliness of US GAAP financial reporting; develop policies and controls.
• Manage month-, quarter-, and year-end closes with accurate statements and analytics.
• Partner with FP&A, Legal, HR, Revenue Ops, and international teams to enable growth.
• Lead external audit and global compliance: statutory reporting, tax, treasury, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive AI and automation in controllership to boost efficiency and analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in accounting, finance, and operations leadership in global orgs.
• Proven leadership of global teams across regions/time zones.
• CPA designation required.
• MBA/CTP/CMA or other advanced certifications preferred.
• Experience with CoE/Shared Services or hybrid operating models.
• Multi-entity, multi-currency, international environment experience.
• Proven cross-functional finance and operations project leadership.
• Experience driving finance transformation with AI and automation.
