🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in operations/strategy, management consulting, or high-growth startups.
- 5+ years directly managing others.
- 5+ years in enterprise sales or account management with partners externally.
- Experience in Lending or Financial at a high-growth company preferred.
- Proven experience building and leading teams in high-growth environments.
- Metrics-driven with strong data insights and influencing skills.
