🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years FP&A experience; 3–4 years leading a team.
• Deep SaaS GTM finance: ARR, NRR, bookings, forecasting.
• Experience managing operating expenses across functions.
• Proficiency with three-statement modeling; P&L, balance sheet, cash flow.
• Strong cash flow literacy; GAAP vs non-GAAP SaaS metrics.
• Experience in PE-backed, high-growth, investor-oriented environments.
