VP, FP&A

📋 Description

• Serve as core strategic advisor to the CFO and executive team on growth, investments, and operating leverage.
• Establish strategic roadmap and KPI targets for all lines and geographies.
• Lead the long-range plan and scenario modeling to guide capacity and investment decisions.
• Deliver executive narratives and board-ready insights on performance and outlook.
• Own the Annual Operating Plan, rolling forecasts, and cross-region forecasting processes.
• Develop SaaS operating models and KPI dashboards linking leading indicators to ARR and revenue.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of FP&A or strategic finance in a scaling SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, operating models, and value drivers.
• Exceptional modeling, analytical, and executive communication skills.
• Proven leader with experience building and scaling global teams.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or other advanced credential preferred but not required.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
