📋 Description

• Lead and scale a high-performing engineering org; define growth plans.
• Lead system design and architecture across RoR, React, iOS/Android.
• Pioneer AI integration into the dev lifecycle; establish workflows and QA guardrails.
• Own delivery, reliability, and continuous improvement of tech health and process discipline.
• Partner with CPTO, SVP Product, Design, Data, and Ops to align vision and tech strategy.
• Manage the engineering dept's budgets, headcount, and contractor spend.

• Deep credibility in architecture, system design, and quality discussions.
• Web, mobile, and cloud breadth with RoR, React, iOS, Android, AWS or GCP.
• Experience evolving dev workflows with automation and AI and driving adoption.
• Proven leadership at scale, managing managers and orgs of 30-60 engineers.
• Thoughtful change leadership with empathy and clarity.
• Business and product centricity, balancing tech hygiene with customer needs.
• Excellent asynchronous communication and clear documentation for remote teams.
